+Friendly behaviour of the owner, cleanliness of rooms, value for money, Pool was under construction which would sum up as a bonus point if the prices remain somewhat same in the range for an exceptional value for money stay that too in a quite location.

“100% recommended especially for couples”
+Was searching for a cheapest resort for a one night stay. Came across this one and it turned out to be best choice I made. Not only it was cost effective but also the serviced provided by the owner were top class. From morning breakfast to dinner everything was just awesome. Rooms were neat and tidy. Food was home cooked and amazingly tasty It was so tasty that I extended my one night stay to another day. He gave us a discount for extending our stay. There is lot to talk about the place itself. It's located deep inside the bushes surrounded by beautiful mountains very peaceful and quiet. The owner guided us well. He went an extra mile by taking us for a mountain trip in the morning just before our check out. The little puppy he has on his form added up to the adventure during mountain trip. Overall everything was fantabulous. Must try - Sea food especially Surmai thali Total cost incurred for a couple stay including morning breakfast and dinner was around 4k for 2 nights.

+Everything about this property was beautiful. It is attached to a small farm and surrounded by greenery everywhere. There’s a little puppy and that adds on to the experience, they let you play with it and enjoy nicely. The staff, the cleanliness, the location, the foood(oh yes the food was delicious, it literally was home cooked food. And we couldn’t stop eating, it literally felt like home. The host made sure that he looks after every minute detail. And will take care of it with all his heart. Everything in and all about this property we loved it! When in Alibaug this is the place we will be in. 10000% recommended 😄.

“Ecstatic and Serene!”
+It was peaceful and the place had all the organic vegetables that they used to cook food which was delicious! I loved how they have maintained the cleanliness and it so serene over here. I would love to visit them back if I am in Alibag in future. The host Bhushan, is so kind and sweet, he had given all the information that we would need about visiting tourist attractions.
−There is nothing that I can say what I didn’t like but the road leading to the property is poor but the property was nice.

+Property was very neat and clean. Also the property owner was very genuine and respective. There was a very beautiful garden. The surrounding was very cool surrounded by plants. I really recommend to visit all the users.
