“10/10 Absolutely amazing”
+You can park right in front of the cabin, the young lady who helped me was absolutely wonderful. It was clean and the view was amazing and I loved the bed it was so comfortable. I really want to get the exact bed as it was better than the bed I own. It was so close to the hospital which was great especially when I had to be there by 8 am. I look forward to booking again in the future.

“Comfortable but basic; don’t expect a toaster!”
+Quiet location, apart from the occasional helicopter landing at the nearby hospital. Comfortable unit.
−No toaster - we expected a toaster as a basic kitchen item in an Airbnb property. So we had to go out for breakfast instead of toasting the fruit bread we’d brought with us. We would have liked a plunger coffee with toast for breakfast but sadly the plunger went unused.

“Great spot close to Waikato hospital and town”
+Great location, tidy spacious room, nice views, close to Waikato hospital, able to park right next to cabin. Quiet spot perfect for a night away , comfortable bed, large space
−It is very close to the owners house however this didn’t hinder our stay but mentioning just so others are aware. Pillows could have been more comfortable however I did still get a good nights sleep

+Arrived quite late and left early the next day. Very cosy and warm. More spacious than expected. Good kitchen facilities, awesome bed and shower was wonderful. Loved the digital key code lock,. Felt very safe. Good location to hospital although I did drive but it is walkable.
−I arrived in the dark and had a little difficulty finding the right place but once found all good. No TV but no biggie when you're only there overnight.

+Handy to Waikato Hospital Checkin and out times great Lovely accommodation, perfect home away from. home.
−Couldn't get water hot using the wash basin... but maybe that was just me. Regardless perfect for what I was looking for budgetwise. A+

“A very restful, peaceful location. It was very well suited for my short stay.”
+Location was excellent, near to the Hamilton Gardens at a bonsai show. Supermarkets were nearby. The location was very peaceful
