“A very disappointing stay: the property did not match its description, the room raised cleanliness concerns, and the foo”
+Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience at this property, and I cannot identify anything that met my expectations during my stay.
−The property did not match its description, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The bedsheets appeared old and used, and I noticed spider webs in the room. I have attached photos as evidence of the conditions I encountered. The food was also very repetitive, and leftovers from lunch appeared to be served again at dinner. Overall, the cleanliness, room conditions, and food quality did not meet my expectations. I have already raised a complaint with Booking.com and am waiting for their response. If this matter is not resolved appropriately, I will consider reporting the issues to the relevant local authorities.

“A pleasant stay overall, although the transfer arrangements could have been better.”
+The food was tasty, and there was always plenty to eat. The staff were friendly and happy to help. There were various activities and a kids’ club. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and came away with pleasant memories.
−A few minor things that didn’t bother me too much but might matter to others: the Wi-Fi was a little weak, so YouTube videos and video calls sometimes froze. The pool water was cold in autumn, and the rooms were showing some wear. We booked a transfer for 5 a.m. at a desk inside the hotel, but unfortunately the car never arrived. We had to find a taxi at the last minute, which made our departure a bit stressful. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

+I absolutely loved everything about this hotel! The reception staff were welcoming and professional, and all the staff members were incredibly kind and helpful. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. The swimming pools were beautiful, and the hotel’s stunning natural surroundings, and beautiful sea views made the whole experience more special.

“Tökéletes hely a tökéletes pihenéshez!!!!:-)”
+Az egész szálloda csodálatos, minden tökéletes volt, Nem tudok semmi rosszat írni, nekünk felülmúlta a várakozásainkat. Az esti műsorok varázslatosak voltak, az élő zene is, az Oktoberfest, a gyerek műsorok, jóga, zumba....és még sok minden!!! Nem volt kedvünk elhagyni a szállodát, mert mindig volt valami program ami miatt nem mentünk. A tengerpart szintén gyögyörű, homokos, lassan mélyülő. Mindenkinek nagyon ajánlom, sok szállodában voltunk ilyen kategóriában, de ez magasan az élen van. Nem szoktunk kétszer ugyanabba a szállodába menni, de ide szívesen visszamegyünk!!!!! Mindent köszönünk, mindenkinek!!!!!

−الفندق غير مناسب للعرب/ الحجاب/ المسلمين اكيد مو اول مرة بزور منتجعات بانطاليا بس كان ضمن أسوأ خيار لعائلة مسلمة محجبة (وهاد الكلام مو انتقاد للمكان بس للي بيطلعلهم الفندق بالخيارات يقرأوه قبل مايوصلوا / المنتجع معني بحفلات للمشروبات / القهوة والمشروبات الباردة بتلاقيها بمنطقة البار ) الطعام متكرر / كواليتي الطعام الموجود ليست جيدة اللحوم جميعها (دجاج/ سمك /لحم) ناشفة او مطبوخة زيادة التنوع كبير بالبوفيه ولكن مابعرف لو بيتسمى عالمي اغلب الاكلات الموجودة غير معروفة او موضح شو اسمها او مكوناتها رقائق الفطور قاسية (عم احكي عن النوعيات) القهوة بدون طعم العصير خفيف جدا حتى المشروبات الغازية اسوأ كواليتي بجربه بحياتي لا يوجد بالغرف سخان ولا قهوة ولا شاي حتى لو متواجد القهوة والشاي بكل مكان بالفندق بس احيانا كنت احتاج قهوتي الجيدة بالغرفة او شاي بآخر الليل ماعندي اي مشكلة مع الطاقم او الموظفين او النظافة يلي كانت تعتبر 7/10 بس كان لازم اكتب تجربتي بوضوح لبستفاد منها المستخدمين
