+The set up of the property was amazing and they even had little pasties out for breakfast.
−It was a little far from the center, but once you get a hang of the metro was not bad.

“Great value for money!”
+Great value for money: - Nice breakfast included. - Spacious room with a comfortable bed. - Exceptionally clean. - Cute decorations. - Easy and fast communication with the host, Chiara. - Reasonably connected through public transport (although we had some problems one evening due to 40 min+ delay, but considering the price difference between this place and more central locations we were ok with that.) - Calm neighborhood. Felt like our home in Rome. Thank you for the nice stay :-).
−- We were missing some fruits at the breakfast, but there is a supermarket across the apartment. - It was not completely clear if we could use the fridge / kitchen for our drinks and fruits (to keep water cool) or other meals. There were some rules on paper in Italian in our room but they seemed a bit outdated.

“The best B&B I've been!”
+Definetily the best B&B I have ever been to! Nice and confortable, easy check-in, clean, friendly staff, always ready to help, fantastic breakfast! Good location, not too far from the centre and well connected, quite calm, with enough restaurants, bars and shops around.

“I was very comfortable and liked the fact that the host was on hand.”
+Central but quiet location. Private balcony was a real bonus. Private non-en suite bathroom was good. Air conditioning worked well (important this time of the year). Lots of supplies, food etc to help oneself to - generous. Best of all - Chiara was very welcoming and friendly, and lives next door which is useful in case of any issue..
