+The breakfast was descent
−The room looked horrible, a lot of things were broke. The the shower and toilet were small and all the water from the shower was poured into the rest of the bathroom so it was impossible to walk in there. The rest of the room was very noisy, every time people opend the door, it felt like they were opening out door. The curtain didn't cover any light and the worst part was that the bed wasn't fully covered, like in the photo.

“Loved it :)”
+Really beautiful, nice staff, rooms are great
−Just a bit far from the gondola and the shuttle services and storage room open a bit late/close a bit early for it to be convenient.

“Great place to stay, ski and relax”
+everything was great - breakfast, rooms, cleanliness, amenities, heating, equipment, spa, just the vibe of the hotel was really nice, the lobby, the food, room service
−wi-fi was wonky and at times non-existing in our room
