“Great stay”
+One of the best places we stayed in Sri Lanka. A stunning view over the valley from the balcony, delicious breakfast, and the room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend :)

“Brainstorm is the goat 🐐”
+Green leaf (aka brainstorm wait no green needle) was a top place in Ella. Litro on the top of a massive tea plantation. Breakfast included was a highlight with avocado smoothies 😋 and unlimited papaya. Overall a great spot with unreal views and friendly people 🤩🤪🙈‼️

+The accomodation is situated on the hill with the beautiful view on the mountain with temple. We had a chance to admire beautiful big birds in the morning (hornbills). The host is very helpful and she arranged the tuk tuk driver, when we wanted to come back to accomodation in very good price. The place is quite, the room is clean, breakfasts are really good.

“The view!! The breakfast!! The staff!!”
+The view!! The breakfast!! The staff!! Exactly as pictured, beautiful view, the breakfast was different and incredible every day, the loveliest lady looking after us. Able to do laundry.
−It’s a little way out of town as other reviews have said, 20 minute walk (fine on the way back as it’s downhill but you’d probably want to tuktuk on the way in as it’s quite steep when it’s hot!) They will organise a tuktuk for you at 500LKR whenever you need. The bed wasn’t the comfiest but the view and breakfast more than makes up for it.

“Out of town stay with lovely owners.”
+The owner was very helpful in our stay. She was lovely and we used her Tuktuk driver to go places around town, at very good rates. They allowed us to use their fridge to store our medicines.
−Probably our bad but it was not for us. Noisy, and this is why we moved. Dogs barked intermittently all night. Not sure why but maybe at monkeys that abound in the area. It was quite unsettling. No air cond, only a small floor fan that was next to useless. Arriving at the place was very difficult with very narrow road, heavily rutted hence bumpy ride. Our tuktuk taxi refused to take us the last 100metres as the road was too steep and rough. It was a VERY LONG walk into town. No shops or restaurants were close. We shifted out after the first night to another place in town one street back from the busty main street.

+On aime : -La tranquilité des lieux -À quelques minutes du centre de Ella en tuktuk -Les nombreux animaux que l'on peut observer sur place -La gentillesse des hôtes -Le service impécable et la gentillesse de notre chauffeur de tuktuk Sandaruwan Overall on recommande :)
−On aime un peu moins : -Odeur d'humidité (faisant suite aux commentaires lu précédemment les propriétaires ont fait des efforts pour tenter d'améliorer la situation) -Les déjeuners sont correct sans plus en ce qui nous concerne, ça reste une question de goût
