“Lovely well equipped rooms in Lipah.”
+The rooms here are a lovely design with big comfortable beds, fridge, terrace etc.. Banana pancakes for breakfast are delicious. Staff are friendly.
−So the building works next door start at 7am - not a problem for me but worth considering if you want to stay here and sleep in..

“Relaxing and very cosy, happy to come back again”
+The place is very serene, close to the beach. It is clean and very cosy, close to activities like snorkeling, diving and some warungs and cafes.
−This time around unfortunately AC did not really work well the room stayed unpleasantly warm.

“Charming cozy stay at Lipah beach (Amed)”
+The vibe at Green coco is really something special. The furniture, decoration, everything is really pretty and well maintained. They also have a restaurante open all day (from breakfast to dinner) right in front of the acomodation, which is really practical. The staff is very helpful and friendly, the breakfast included with the room was AMAZING (I love the banana pancake). Everything works well - Shower, frigobar, doors, windows, bed... I stayed at Green coco more than once, and wouldn't think twice before staying there again! It's REALLY close to the beach, almost across the street, and even though its not the "main" area of Amed, Lipah beach had everything you need - Coffee shops, markets, restaurants, Snorkel rental. Amazing variety of fish and coral, right from the shore!!!!

+The room was clean and aestethic We Saw some reviews with road project and noise of construction, the place not really noise at all, but we thought the noise is coming from Neighbor and road construction was done when we arrived here Lucky us to find this place shortly Definitely will come back for long Term 🥰

“Avoid this place”
−Construction noise all day, not mentioned in the listing Daily construction from 8 AM to 5 PM right at the property , not disclosed anywhere when we booked. We had to check out early because of the noise. Booking.com refused to refund us and sent us to the hotel, and the hotel refused too. Still unresolved. Be aware before booking.

“Beautiful place and people”
+Great accommodation, very spacious bungalow with a large bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site cooks delicious food and has excellent coffee! I was here for 10 days and came back again. They will rent scooters or arrange transportation for you on site. The bungalows are just behind the restaurant, so there is no noise from the road. The beach is very close. I will definitely stay here again next time!!!

“Déçue”
+Le logement en lui même état bien aménagé.
−Nous avons pris possession de la chambre propre mais en face de notre porte des travaux de maçonnerie et des ouvriers. Aucune intimité et beaucoup de bruits. De plus la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Ce dysfonctionnement était apparemment connu par l'établissement. Impossibilité de dormir sans climatisation. Nous avons donc quitté l'établissement.

+Месторасположение отличное, через дорогу пляж со снорклингом, рядом массаж кафе. Хороший свой ресторан. Домики приятные с верандой. Персонал отзывчивый.
−Подушки. Очень плотные подушки с которыми сложно уснуть.
