+We had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

“Nice place, but not a convenient location”
+I stayed here for three nights, and everything about the property itself was great. The room was very clean and comfortable, and it had a gorgeous view of the hills and the sea. The family was super nice, and the breakfast they served was delicious (and had plenty of vegetarian options).
−Though the hilltop location gives great views, it is not convenient for getting around. I had trouble finding the place (Google maps has no idea how to get there - and instructs you to take a very dangerous turn off the freeway - and Yandex is better but still gets confused when you get close). Then I continued taking wrong turns when trying to navigate to and from the property: driving up people's driveways instead of the correct road, turning the wrong way to get to the freeway (and thus adding many kilometers to my journey), etc. Even when I did manage to make no wrong turns, it took a long time to get anywhere else I wanted to go in the area (as far as I can tell, only the botanical garden is close to this property). Finally, the local roads are narrow and windy, so I didn't find them a lot of fun to drive on (particularly when I was not sure where to go).

“Fantastic view of Batumi”

“It was fine but there are better choices”
+The view toward and above Batumi (10-15km) was beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful - agreed to exchange some of our dollars to GEL. I thought we're going to be in Batumi and be able to convert money in its currency change stores, but my mistake was that I didn't notice that this place is in a pretty remote location with no real access to the city unless you're with a car. Other than that, beds and bathroom were fine.
−The food (dinner) was not edible. We got potatoes and meat - the meat was hard as stone (seems like extreme overcooking) and we also ordered cheese Khachapuri (not with an egg) that my boy described as a "sad Pizza". We did tell the hostess about the bad meat, but she didn't offer refund or anything.

“Deniz manzaralı harika bir Hotel 🏞️🥰👍🏻👍🏻”
+Çalışanlar ve buranın sahipleri çok yardımsever, Güler yüzlü, çok iyi insanlarmış. Arabamız bozulmuştu Hotele biraz mesafa vardı buranın sahibi bizi arabasıyla aldı Hotele getirdi, arabamız için çok yardımcı oldular. Yakınlarımızdan görmediğimiz iyiliği bu insanlardan gördük. Çok sevindik ve çok sevdik. Ayrıca yemekleri harikaydı. Temizliği ayrıca söylersem odalar tertemiz, mutfak tertemiz hijyenik. Manzarası ayrı güzel. Kesinlikle gelmenizi öneririm 🥰🥰🥰

+Мы остались в полном восторге от отдыха в этих замечательных апартаментах! ❤️ Прежде всего хочется от всей души поблагодарить хозяев за их невероятную доброту, открытость и гостеприимство. Хозяин и хозяйка , люди с огромным сердцем! С первых минут мы почувствовали себя не просто гостями, а частью их семьи. Именно такое искреннее, тёплое отношение делает отдых по-настоящему особенным и незабываемым. Отдельное удовольствие , завтраки! Всё невероятно вкусное, свежее, большой выбор на любой вкус. А чай и домашнее сливовое варенье , это просто отдельная любовь! ☕️ В этих, казалось бы, маленьких деталях столько домашнего тепла и заботы. И, конечно, самое главное , это вид! 😍 Просто как в сказке! Невероятная красота, от которой захватывает дух. Кажется, будто находишься в волшебном месте, где хочется остановить время и просто наслаждаться каждым мгновением. Мы уезжаем не просто с прекрасными впечатлениями, а с особенным теплом в сердце и чувством, будто побывали в гостях у родных людей. Огромное спасибо нашим замечательным хозяевам за заботу, душевность и атмосферу, в которую хочется вернуться! +Вид из номера - вау! У нас был вид на море и видна была набережная Батуми и горы сбоку. Завтраки в отеле разнообразные, очень вкусные и сытные, как мини шведский стол. В 5 минутках от отеля находится Ботанический сад, где можно провести полдня. От отеля ходит общественный транспорт до Батуми, также с легкостью можно вызвать такси. Хозяевам отзывчивые и доброжелательные. За эту цену шикарный номер, сервис, обстановка, где можно отдохнуть от городской суеты. До моря минут 30 идти, пляж немноголюдный и чистый, галька и немного песка.
−В первый день было очень ветреная погода и тк отель находится на возвышенности, в номере было прохладно и было слышно завывание ветра (в хорошую погоду погоду все отлично), но в номере есть кондиционер, если холодно. Если вы без машины, то от остановки общественного транспорта до отеля нужно подниматься по крутой асфальтовой дороге. Расстояние не очень большое, но с чемоданами не сильно комфортно

+Przepiękny widok, dla którego warto się tu zatrzymać. Bardzo blisko do ogrodu botanicznego. Smaczne śniadania, z właścicielami można porozumieć się po angielsku co było miłą odmianą podczas naszych gruzińskich podróży 🙂

“Однозначно стоит своих денег, очень красиво и прекрасные хозяева”
+Нереальный вид, очень красиво, хороший завтрак, прекрасные хозяева, буквально через 5 минут ходьбы от отеля находится остановка автобуса, на котором можно доехать до центра и даже до аэропорта. Так же в пешей доступности верхний вход в ботанический сад. Его однозначно стоит посетить.
