“Excellent dog friendly hotel with great staff and views”
+Every time I stay here I feel very welcome and the staff can't do enough .. great dog friendly rooms and a great breakfast in a prefect location with a great view

+The location was excellent-lovely views at breakfast. Room was big and beds were comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was yummy and plenty of choice.
−Parking-you had to pay extra to park and it was tight.

+Breakfast was good and staff were very friendly
−We had a street facing room rather than a sea-facing room - we were not given an option. There was roadworks which meant the room was very noisy and a rather unpleasant drain smell coming from the corridor around the room, but thankfully not IN the room.

“Overall, a comfortable and convenient hotel and one where I would stay at again.”
+While the hotel met our needs and was clean and comfortable, it is looking quite worn and in need of renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful. Booking a car parking space is essential if you are arriving by car since the size of the car park, which is directly in front of the hotel, is very limited. Plenty of places nearby to eat so we only had breakfast at the hotel which was quite good.
−While the ground floor/reception area is in good condition, the subsequent floors need are worn and could do with a renovation. The layout of the accommodation floors are a bit of a warren with many turns and doors.

“Very comfortable. I was only there a night but staff on hand if needed. Tidiness and care was clear in the room.”
+It had character It was clean. The care around making sure it was tidy and the refreshments. Offering a bottle of water with a note to say why was a nice touch like the tea bags in nice containers. Take away coffee cups were also there. I was only there one night but a walk to the beach with one I imagine is a nice feature.
−Don’t go down the lane next door if following google maps to find it. :) it will take you to the beach. The hotel is right next to the lane and on the main road.

“Very happy with it myself and my friend are hoping to return next year we enjoyed it that much”
+The staff were ever so friendly the location is brillant being right by great western beach and a 10 minute walk into the town the room was very clean and looked after well the beds were comfortable very happy with our stay there we will return again at somepoint
