“The best customer service imaginable!”
+We have just returned from what can only be described as a ‘wonderful’ city break courtesy of The Grand Boutique Hotel - Bucharest. The hotel itself is stunning & enriched with history. But the thing that shone the most for us, was the ‘outstanding’ customer service we received. The whole team bent over backwards to ensure we were looked after. Forgive my lack of ability to spell individual names! But a special mention goes out to the receptionist who saved the day & arranged another excursion for us, as we had missed the one previously planned… The lady who looked after us at breakfast was the sweetest, courteous person imaginable. Everyone there made our trip special & memorable. Thank you! And we hope to see you again some time.

“Great place to stay.”
+Lovely old world hotel with character a short walk from the old town. We had a lovely big room with a huge bathroom and had a great night sleep. Nice snug bar for drinks and very helpful staff especially Doina who took care of breakfast. Really felt welcome and would certainly stay here again.

+The building is gorgeous and is lovely to be in but the receptionist was on her phone for much of check in. The bed in our room was really hard and creaky and it felt like most of the fixtures (sink, shower head, taps) were all one use away from falling off. The breakfast situation was a bit unclear - we discovered at check out that omelettes were available every day but there was no indication in the food hall how to get them and we were always in the room for about 20 minutes before there was anyone to ask. Location-wise it's really great and everything is walkable and the building really is beautiful
