+Lovely clean room with everything you need for your stay, large kitchen with oven, fridge and freezer also dishwasher, milk, bread, cereal and tea, coffee for us to use, we stayed here as our house purchase hasn't gone through and it was a very good price and saved us having to go out for meals. The gentleman that welcomed us was friendly, helpful and kind.

+We booked out the entire place for our stay the night before my wedding and it was perfect. The rooms were spacious and we had room In the kitchen area to chill out, and get ready the next day

“Disappointing, dirty and not suitable for a couple's getaway. More of a party house destination.”
−The property was clearly more suited to parties of young people. The bathroom door was filthy and had been completely kicked in and broken by the previous guests. The adjoining building was full of people staying for a 30th birthday party. They were perfectly nice but very loud late into the night. There were far too many cars parked for two 'villas' in the car park meaning we were completely blocked in when we needed to leave in the morning. The bedroom was full of flies everywhere. The building is facing a busy road, lots of noisy traffic.

“Perfectly adequate for what we needed - helpful host and comfy bed.”
+Nice room with a very comfortable bed, and good shower. Was clean and tidy, access to shared kitchen area with fridge and other amenities. Ross was very helpful and friendly.
−Pillows were a bit lumpy, and we could have done with more coat hangers. Outside seated ‘garden area’ overlooking the old marquee could do with a spruce up.

“Abject squalor, don’t be conned, you pay up front and they rip you off!”
+Nothing!
−My wife and I arrived at Granary Villas shortly before 3:00 pm on Sunday 14 June 2026. The property was unmanned, although a lady named Bushra was present and left as we entered. We entered the communal kitchen area and proceeded to Room 7, which had been allocated to us and was advertised as a “Bridal Room”. Upon entering the room we were immediately struck by a strong smell of drains, which appeared to be emanating from the en-suite bathroom. The room itself appeared grubby and poorly maintained, with visible dust on surfaces. While assessing the room, my wife discovered that the toilet was dirty, with faecal matter present around the bowl beneath the seat. She cleaned the toilet herself before we had fully inspected the room. Further inspection revealed that the shower tray was dirty and contained hair and other debris. We then examined the bedding and discovered that two pillows were in an unacceptable condition. One pillow showed evidence of drool staining, whilst another displayed extensive staining and what appeared to be mould spores. This prompted us to inspect the mattress. After removing the sheet, we discovered there was no mattress protector in place. The mattress itse
