“Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms!”
+Great location and a fantastic terrace! It’s less than 5 mins walk to the famous archeological museum. The hotel is also absolutely beautiful inside. The rooms are large & bathrooms very spacious. The hotel helped us arrange a private and very reliable taxi to Teotihuacan for early in the morning and we were the first on site, avoiding any bus crowds.
−The hotel is very central, so of course you get the noise/ unsolicited music from the outside very busy streets and street performers. It does stop around 11pm though.

“Delighted to have a beautiful experience at Gran Hotel.”
+The property is located in the center of everything. You have food/drink choices the minute you step out. Lots of historic sites all around. The hotel is breathtaking and so clean. The staff was amazing and so helpful with whatever you needed. Will definitely be back.

“Outstanding hotel with security problem”
+Central location, outstanding art deco building. Rooftop breakfasts superb, as well as one dinner. Quiet room despite next to Zocalo.
−Safe in room! It did not work when arrived at 4 AM from Madrid. It took two hours to get it working. Finally, the batteries were off in safe, the security realized. When arriving first time in Mexico, you want your passports not be stolen. Also, safe was not attached to wall.

“Very Grand Experience.”
+The view to the Zócalo. The design. The rooms. The staff. And more.
−If security is tight then you might need to walk the rest of the way to reach the hotel. This is because the hotel is close proximity to the presidential palace.

+Fast alles
