“Nice apartment right in the heart of Nuwara Eliya”
+Very nice, large apartment right in the centre of town with a very nice kitchen.
−Only had one working space heater (which turned out to be fine since it didn't really get below about 15 degrees in the apartment). But had it got colder they really would have to sort that out. Also the front door lock needs to be made a bit better - it's a challenge to open and close and doesn't really feel secure (although there is probably no crime).

“Passable”
+Rooms were nice and was comfortable
−Despite the aesthetics of the room looking pretty and nice - 1) TV was not working 2) One of the bedroom lamp did not work 3) Kitchen utensils were not clean 4) Very limited plug points and some of it was not working 5) Clock was not working 6) wifi was very slow Overall the experience was not upto the expectation for the money we paid

“Superb”
+Location. Clean and spacious open planned kitchen.hot shower. Comfortable beds. But small bedroom Nice garden area with bench.
−Slightly over priced. Stayed in Kandy and paid 22 dollars for luxury with balcony and roof top terrace. Probably price should be 17 dollars. Would not stay there again just based on pricing but nice place. Ps did not appreciate staff member following us in to say we had not closed the gate properly. The large gate is on rollers and is a back breaker. I may be 62 years old but keep fit going to the gym. Otherwise the guy was nice and friendly

“Nice one night stay in Nuwara Eliya but a bit noisy…”
+Separate communal kitchen area, large comfortable room and great shower. All very clean
−Some guests used the kitchen quite late at night with little consideration to us next door. Also there is a large hotel close by which had loud music blaring out until late plus lots of noise through night; dogs, call to prayer etc.
