“Budget choice but need renovation”
+Friendly staff and budget pricing
−Place is run down and some renovations. No lightbulb in the stairwell. Ashtray and smell of smoke in non smoking room.

+I travel quite a lot and stay in different accommodations, and I rarely leave reviews. But this time, I felt I should share my experience and give credit where it’s due. The building is old, but it is definitely not run-down. The rooms and common areas are clean and well maintained,honestly, they are spotless considering the age of the building. The neighborhood is also surprisingly quiet despite being located along a main highway. The location is very convenient, with Sindaebang Station Exit 2 just a short walk away, and plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and other shops nearby. Most importantly, the owner/ staff are genuinely welcoming and friendly. They always greet you with a smile whenever they see you and make an effort to have a little conversation, which gives the place a more personal touch. They also seem very willing to accommodate guests’ requests whenever they can. I even overheard them trying to help another guest with a request, which left a good impression on me. They are also quick to respond to messages online, which is always reassuring when you're staying somewhere unfamiliar. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience here. It may be an older building, b

+THE OWNERS ARE ABSOLUTE SWEETHEARTS!! I love them, I love the place, and the location! Has a lot of open restos even if it's late, close to the bus station, and a bit close to the subway station, there is a Daiso nearby, lots of convenience stores! The place is a bit old, but it's worth it! You have everything you need! I would definitely rebook!

“Amazing place”
+The staff was incredibly kind. The facilities were clean. It's very close to a subway station. There's a Luxury Bus stop next to the subway (a special bus service that takes you to and from the Incheon airport). It has an amazing Korean BBQ place nearby, a mini market, and different coffee shops. Very affordable. Spacious room.
−This one is subjective, but the bed and pillows were a bit too hard for me. Other people might like it tho!

“Nice place to stay.”
+The staff was very nice and the room was very decent for the rate. We really enjoyed the location - only 5 minutes from the metro, but this part of the city is very interesting and very local. It takes around 40 min to the center of Seoul with the metro ( $2) or Uber ( $8). Good restaurants around.
−Rooms need a little bit of an upgrade - especially the bathroom. And I wished there were normal-sized windows.

+A szállás kb. 5 perces sétával elérhető a metró állomástól, buszmegállóktól 2 percre található. A környéken sok helyi étterem, boltok találhatóak. A tulajdonosok nagyon udvariasak, kedvesek és segítőkészek. A szoba tágas, és kényelmes nagy ággyal, fürdőszobával, ami jól felszerelt. Tusfürdő, sampon, testápoló, stb..
