“A nice budget hotel for the price point.”
+It was a good value for the price. A nice budget hotel if you do not need all the bells and whistles. The breakfast vouchers were great we were able to try all 3 restaurants . The vouchers did not completely cover the meals but were close. The pool was just outside the door and guests were very respectful of that. The hotel is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, clubs and to the casino @ the Ritz Carlton . I felt very safe walking around alone even when I left the casino @1am.
−It is not what we would consider a suites hotel in the USA. I would like to see an additional security lock on the door.

“Clean facility nice people good location just wish the AC was a little better”
+Location was great friendly staff
−Construction outside of our room woke us up every morning at 7 AM and they didn’t stop working until 11:30 PM. Also, our AC wasn’t the greatest.

“Importante”
+I like the fact that I was accommodated to utilize the room before standard check in time so that me and my family was able to get ready and be in time for Service.
−I would say the entrance or access to the property. This should be relocated so that guest staying at the resort shouldn't have to see the back of Denny Bouy's area. Also, the parking area shouldn't have been so near where guess access their rooms. I didn't really get to enjoy the property as I was there for a very short stay in and out. But I must say it is a very nice/beautiful property just that entrance/access point.

“Wouldn’t stay again.”
+Location.
−Needs updates and elevators. Something has to be wrong with their plumbing system, the smell outside and in the bathrooms are horrible.

“Very nice accommodations at a reasonable price in Grace Bay!!”
+There was no breakfast that I was made aware of and the accommodations were very comfortable. There was no elevator which made climbing stairs with luggage difficult. There was an odor outside which smelled of sewer outside by the pool area which was not always there but noticeable as I walked bast the garden and pool. The staff were very kind, patient and helpful. The drapes needed repair in the room I stayed in, which would have been the only noticeable repair that I was aware of.
−Someone to help deliver my luggage into my room and carry back down on arrival and departure since there was no elevator.
