9.0“Perfect place if you're travelling solo or on a budget.”
+The location is perfect, it's in the centre of Graça and right across el Graça viewpoint and close to many historic places. The famous tram 28 pass by it and there are a lot of good places to eat close by.
−The stairs leading to the rooms are a little much if you're carrying a heavy bag. The bathroom needs more hangers but other than that everything is perfect.

8.0+The staff was nice / responsive. The videos sent were helpful in finding the room (the path is VERY conveluted).
−Charging 5 Euros to store my luggage. I DID arrive before the 3:00 check-in time, but the room was ACTUALLY READY, so the charge (besides being excessive in my opinion) was bogus as I could have put the luggage in the ready room instead of the locker. The stairs on the upper level are very steep and narrow.

10.0“A beautiful historic guest house in the heart of one of Lisbon's most charming neighbourhoods.”
+I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The guest house is in one of the most beautiful and charming neighbourhoods of Lisbon, with a fantastic location just a two-minute walk from Miradouro da Graça, one of the most scenic viewpoints in the city. The famous historic Tram 28 is also just a few minutes' walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring Lisbon. The building itself is a beautiful historic property, full of character and charm, which made the stay even more special. I requested an early check-in on the day of my arrival, and the hosts were incredibly accommodating and helpful, which I really appreciated. I loved the atmosphere of the neighbourhood, with its picturesque streets and authentic Lisbon character. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return!

8.0+I liked the vibe of this place and the fact it was really close to spot with amazing views. I felt immediately like at home.
−The room was little bit too narrow and toilet was in the same room as you sleep. There was no tea spoon or any cutlery.

9.0+Perfect location, nice and cozy room. Everything was very clean.
−There is no airco (but it is stated in the information of the place). However, with the fan everything was okay.

6.0“Fine for a short stay, but far from convenient”
+There was a lot of supermarkets and restaurant close to this property. It was close to some touristic sites. There was a small fridge in the room.
−The guest house is on a hill and closest metro station is 15 min far. So, for going there especially with luggage, uber or bolt is needed. I was in attic room and it was very hot still in September although 2 fans were working in the room. This room has no ventilation and small windows on the roof could not help that much. The stairs are too many and very inconvenient. Outside is very loud at late night because of cleaning of restaurants. 6 nights I was there and I could not sleep at all. Maybe shorter stay or other rooms of this house would be fine.

−My room didn't have big windows but that's a minor detail.

8.0+I had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent, and my room had a balcony with a beautiful view, which I really enjoyed. The hotel was very clean, my room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed almost daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I didn’t have any problems during my stay.
−The only downside for me was the noise at night. Since my room faced the street, I could sometimes hear people throwing glass bottles into the bins quite late, around 1-1:30 a.m., which was surprisingly loud. The rooms are also located quite close to each other, and the doors can be heard opening and closing from the corridor. I think this really depends on your neighbors , unfortunately, mine were going in and out several times during the night, so I could hear quite a lot. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was clean and comfortable, the location was great, and the staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
