“Good location but not much else to reocmmend it.”
+Good location although promised river view was only a side view. Comfortable bed and pillows but the duvet had no cover - just sheets on the bed.
−No sign of any staff although “housekeeping” placed a clean set of towels in the room on day two and removed a dirty towel. Bed not made on either day and no other sign of cleaning. WiFi was out of action and was not repaired. No sign of the breakfast which is listed as being available. This property was formerly operated as “Mama’s Home” and seems to have fallen on hard times. Price was low for the area so if you are prepared to treat as an Airbnb room with no other facilities it can work. But Booking.com listing is not accurate.

“Poor”
+The location was good and the bed comfortable
−The room was very dark and the curtains didnt open. Lighting is poorly designed so had to use a torch to read a book. No duvem just a blanked - which is not hygenic. Bathroom not that clean. Room felt very claustrophobic No wifi available for the whole three day stay was informed it had been out for 4 days before we arrived but only informed on arrival. No housekeeping or breakfast despite the listing promising both. One of thensafes in out booking was locked. Despite a promise to open it this never happened.

“Great location! Beautiful view!”
+Great location! Close to airport and within walking distance to many sites and restaurants. Beautiful view of the piazza and river.
−Walls are thin and you can hear everything when people enter and leave from other adjacent rooms.

−La estancia en general estuvo bien, pero la limpieza dejó bastante que desear. La cama no estaba bien hecha y la habitación no se limpiaba con el cuidado que esperábamos. Creo que deberían prestar más atención a este aspecto, ya que la limpieza es fundamental en un hospedaje.

−Da ausência de algum funcionário, nem que fosse num período de tempo. Toda a comunicação era feita online e basicamente pouca e as vezes ausência de resposta. :(

“Locație excelentă, la doi pași de Arno”
+Goldoni Suite se bucură de o amplasare remarcabilă, la doar două străzi de malul râului Arno, oferind cadrul ideal pentru a explora orașul la pas. Am fost cazați în camera numărul 5, un spațiu cu o personalitate aparte și o atmosferă mai intimă, mai umbrită. Deși fereastra înaltă permite doar o privire discretă, laterală, către râu, acest detaliu nu ne-a afectat șederea, întrucât am folosit camera exclusiv pentru odihnă. O opțiune extrem de reușită pentru un sejur florentin!
−Am rezervat o cameră dublă deluxe cu vedere la râu, însă ceea ce am primit nu a corespuns pe deplin acestei descrieri. Am semnalat aspectul printr-un mesaj către proprietate, dar din păcate nu am primit niciun răspuns. Nu am lăsat acest detaliu să ne strice sejurul și ne-am bucurat de vacanță, însă adresăm rugămintea echipei Booking.com de a fi mai exigentă în verificarea corectitudinii tipurilor de camere puse la dispoziție.

“no volvería, las vistas impresionantes eso sí.”
−el bide no funcionaba, la cisterna al tirar parecia que se caia el edificio del ruido que hacia, que pongan una silla para poder calzarse porque la cama es muy alta y el cabecero era de hierro, bastante frío al tacto cuando estas durmiendo y lo tocas
