“Clean, friendly stay in an excellent location”
+Staff communicated both offline and online really well and efficiently. Arranged a taxi for us as needed. Room was clean and very central. Had all we needed.
−A balcony would have been nice but not a must have.

“A real gem of a property”
+Not only is this a wonderful location on Via Condotti, but the property itself is very private and quite lovely - sitting within the Palazzo Goldoni Collection, a beautiful historic building with courtyard. With modern amenities and personal touches like snacks and slippers, the rooms are very stylish, the beds are very comfortable and the shower was heaven. As a single female traveler, I felt very safe here.
−Once you leave the elevator, there is a flight of stairs that leads down to the door that accesses the hotel reception area/rooms. With heavy luggage (and no one to really help here) , it was a bit challenging.

−Cleanliness- when we arrived, there were some raisins on the floor in the bedroom, almost like the floor wasn’t swept. But perhaps this was a one off issue. Everything else was great

“Wonderful boutique hotel with the most caring staff and perfect location!”
+The hotel is at walking distance from all the major attractions in Rome and less then 2min from the Spanish steps. The staff is very polite and went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. It’s located in a quiet area and the room was very nice and comfortable.
−Didn’t bother us but the room didn’t have a window with a view.

−Le camere non sono insonorizzate sentivo parlare dalla reception e sentivo rumori dalle scale La camera che mi hanno assegnato era all’ingresso e quindi tutti quelli che entravano mi disturbavano ho chiesto se potevano spostarmi di camera ma non è stato possibile, quindi non hanno soddisfatto le mie richieste Oltretutto, la colazione non è inclusa e non c’è neppure la macchinetta del caffè in camera..

+המלון במיקום מעולה. הלכנו ברגל לכל מקום. השירות של הצוות אדיב, חייכני ומקסים. ניקיון בכל יום. אין ארוחת בוקר או שירותים נוספים של מלון, אבל ידענו את זה מראש. סה"כ תמורה מצוינת לכסף והמיקום והשירות מנצחים.
−המעלית קצת קטנה, ויש גרם מדרגות שצריך לרדת כדי להגיע לכניסה למלון. לכן, מי שצריך נגישות, זה לא בשבילו/ה. אין שירות קבלה 24/7, אבל הסתדרנו עם השיטה של פתיחת הדלתות.

+El trato del personal, las facilidades con todo hasta para pedirnos un taxi. Nos guardaron las maletas a pesar de no estar la habitación preparada para el check in y luego para el check out. Fueron muy amables con nosotras y el hotel, a pesar de estar en una ubicación muy céntrica, estaba bastante insonorizado.
