“Right Where You Want to Be, Not Quite What You Expect”
+The location was perfect, with a different feel from the busy Old Quarter , a nice change of atmosphere. The room we booked was large and spacious, which was a definite plus.
−Unfortunately, the stay didn’t quite meet our expectations. Cleanliness could have been much better, and there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail. The biggest disappointment was that not all rooms are accessible by elevator, which is something guests should be made aware of before booking. Overall, the hotel had potential, but a few important details let it down.

+The location near the Hoan Chiem lake and the old district. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.
−The breakfast could be improved in terms of quality (eggs were almost cold like the sausages, poor quality of the juice, ...)

“Great location with helpfull staff. Decent size rooms. Would stay again.”
+Great staff and always ready to help you. Location is also very good, 5 minutes walk from the lake. Rooms are all decent sizes. We stayed total 3 times there and used 3 different rooms. All with AC and stand fan.
−Breakfast could be a bit better as it was more Vitnamese oriented but was OK.

“Nice hotel and close to the centre. Decent size rooms and best of all pleasant staff.”
+The staff was very helpful and ready to accommodate whenever we had a issue. Overall one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Very near to the lake (5 min walk) and close to the centre.
−Breakfast could have a bit more variety.

+Staff gentile, pulizia generale, servizi di prenotazione mezzi e tour. Posizione ottima a pochi minuti a piedi dal lago. Nonostante sia una zona trafficata, la struttura è tranquilla e silenziosa.
