+I came here based on the opinions of others. The entrance and reception might not look the best, but my room was absolutely amazing. The prices are low compared to the European Union.
−Very close to metro, but the metro station and tunnels will be a deep cultural shock for people who don't travel much.

“Ideal quality for the price”
+Clean, comfortable bed and temperature in the room. Everything you may need is provided, very helpful owner. Stayed for 1 night in between flights, so also convenient - just 10 mins from airport.

“Great. Would book again when in Tblisi. Thank you, Sergo! 9/10”
+Sergo! He is the host/hotel owner, is very welcoming, and attentive. Also gave me tips on the essentials, without even having to ask for it (getting from a to b, supermarket/restaurant recommendations, etc.). Very handy. I had room number 2 on the ground floor and it wasn't very luxurious, but it has everything you need and it's clean. And for the price, you can't ask for much more. The location: the hotel isn't in the center of Tblisi, but isn't far from Samgori subway; about a 10 minute walk. The subway brings you into the city center in about 10 minutes. Top-tip: don't let the slightly rough exterior of the hotel put you off!
−Nothing really. The water pressure isn't great at times and I spotted a couple of ants here and there on the floor, but so what? Nothing to make a fuss about.
