“Property needs improvement. Staff amazing.”
+Spacious modern suite, friendly helpful front desk, and breakfast staff. Location central to walk to most spots. The staff truly make the experience. A/C & Elevator.
−Extremely Loud Noise even with windows and shutters closed. Constant emergency sirens, street construction under our window. Could not sleep past 5 am all 3 nights with noise unbearable echoing from street noise and work trucks. Did not sleep well. The room needs an update. Walls need painting scuffs, appear dirty, below AC streaks water marks down wall. Upholstered chairs stained and dirty we covered with bath towel to use. Headboard needed some spots cleaned. Room needs a make over. The floor was not the shiny floor in the ad photo. Floor tiles appear old but after wiping up some spilled water realized how grimy it was. Needs a truly deep clean and polish. The bedding and bathrooms were clean. Sewer smell issues in the bathroom drains but staff took care of it immediately.

“A lovely stay”
+I can highly recommend this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I contacted the hotel beforehand to ask if it would be possible to get a room with a balcony, and they went out of their way to make it happen. I really appreciated this, as the balcony made our stay even more special and truly completed the experience. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!
−The breakfast could have had a little more variety, but everything tasted good, and they made an amazing cappuccino!

“Nice location.”
−The fact that the maids woke us up at 8am with loud talking, singing and whistling in the hallway was a bit unpleasant. They only stopped after I went out to get their attention after 1 hour.

+Breakfast was really good. The coffee was exceptional, they knew there coffee. The receptionists were fantastic, you have the best people working there. Extremely helpful. Always go out of there way and smile always.

+Top Lage, extrem freundliches Personal.
−mein Einzelzimmer hatte kein Fenster. Extrem laut. Zu wenig Platz beim Frühstück
