+The rooms were very clean and chic. The location and the price is amazing as well. We truly enjoyed our time in the flat. The room had a big window and was very light and airy.
−As others mentioned check in is very tricky. After filling online check in forms and paying the city tax online, the automatic first entrance to the building still did not work for us. We called the number listed in the email and spoke in English. Luckily there were other customers and one of them rang the door bells in the apartment and someone opened the door. Once inside the main door, the apartment is easy to enter. Only the outside door can be tricky. We arrived at a reasonable hour and there was no rain. But if you are arriving late at night, it can be tricky.

“Room was in the center of Cagliari, easy to walk around to restaurants and coffee shops etc”
+Location was great, at the center close to everything. Easy to get there with directions large space, bathroom and a shared kitchen which was convenient.
−The room was very basic, something was missing, could be a lot better just with a few details.

+Na duży plus zasługuje bardzo dobra lokalizacja obiektu, wspólna kuchnia dostępna dla gości oraz bezkluczykowy dostęp do budynku i pokoju, co jest wygodnym rozwiązaniem.
−Po opłaceniu pobytu konieczne było dodatkowe wypełnienie formularza check-in online oraz opłacenie podatku turystycznego. Nie otrzymałam jednak żadnej wiadomości z instrukcją wejścia do budynku ani kodami dostępu. Musiałam zadzwonić, aby uzyskać niezbędne informacje. Dodatkowym minusem była niedziałająca klimatyzacja.

+El apartamento era muy céntrico y estaba limpio y correcto.
−La compañia que lo alquila no nos dieron ninguna facilidad para poder dejar las maletas antes del check-in, cuando luego vimos que habia espacio en las zonas comunes para dejar cosas. Tampoco nos enviaron las instrucciones para entrar al edificio, teniendo que llamarles y escribirles en varias ocasiones hasta poder localizarlos… La habitación tenia una pequeña ventana (casi en el techo) que daba a un patio interior, casi no entraba luz en la habitación.

“Svago e stacco del venerdì in centro: done!”
+Posizione super centrale nella via dei locali e ristoranti della movida , letto comodissimo, doccia molto spaziosa. Bello e pulito e silenzioso nonostante sia in pieno centro.
−Non c’era frigo in camera, ma è presente un frigo nell’area cucina condivisa.
