“I’m not forgetting earplugs next time.”
+They have an old crank elevator that was nice to experience, and all the staff were friendly. I didn’t get to check it out but they also had a bar and it seemed pretty lively.
−It was tough getting to bed the one night but there are reviews mentioning bringing headphones for sleep.

“Great place to stay in Toronto.”
+The Hotel has a great location. Very beautiful interior design and an amasing old elevator! The place were modern and vintage live side by side. Clean rooms and really comfy bed. Personall was very friendly and nice.
−The only thing we didn't like: because of old windows it was very loud in the morning.

“Very enjoyable”
+Breakfast was lovely but we felt sorry for the poor waiter - he was amazing but run off his feet. Very apologetic but we could tell he was too busy
−More staff at breakfast

+The hotel is beautiful and the staff are lovely. I was worried as my room was at the front of the building, that the train would keep me up but I'm a light sleeper and I slept through it all which was fantastic.
−No complaints or feedback.

“Art-filled, cool and comfy oasis in a perfect location!”
+The hotel was really a lovely aesthetic experience, rather than just a place to sleep. We really enjoyed being there! The abundant art is very cool and the design of the room is great. (The bed was incredibly comfortable, too.) The location is wonderful,we walked just about everywhere. We also appreciated the billiard table on our floor, as well as the balcony one flight down.
−I liked it all! One thing I'll mention for other travelers: there is a beautiful vintage elevator that requires an elevator operator, which is usually one of the people at the front desk. This was kind of part of the whole experience, and usually just takes a moment, or you can walk up the stairs. But if you just want to press a button and not talk to anyone when you come in, you should probably be aware.

“A good value for the money for the location.”
+I like the location and beautiful building. They've maintained the charm of the older building. Loved the elevator, which is manually operated. Staff was also very friendly.
−In the rooms facing the street, the street noise can be very loud at night.
