“Adorable boutique hotel in a perfect location”
+We loved the location- quiet and a bit removed from the busy city. We loved our room and the decor throughout the hotel was so unique and interesting. The staff were very kind and accommodating. They even gave us a little bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday! We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended the hotel to a friend who is booking her stay soon.

“No electricity in the room, no reception”
−We have booked the room for one night, payed about 170€. During the night the electricity went out. The "hotel" has no reception between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. There is a phone number posted at the reception, though when we called a receptionist of another hotel answered. He was not aware that his number was given to the guests and could not help in any way. He told us to wait until the receptionist of the hotel arrives at 7 a.m. She arrived at 7:10 and was aware of the problem, but could not fix it. We asked for a partial refund of the room price, which she refused and told us to send the hotel an e-mail. As we had to leave to catch our train we could not sort this issue out. I have written the hotel and they refused to give us a refund and told us to sort it out with booking.com. I have sent them a request for the refund, but I haven't heard back from them. We had no electricity the whole night. Since the room doesn't have a window facing the street, only one that faces the inside of the building, there was not even natural light.

Tornerei volentieri.
