+Perfect location in the city center, close to the metro and the bus stop that takes you to the airport. Right downstairs, you’ll find plenty of bars, restaurants, and McDonald’s.

“Excellent Location, but Comfort Could Be Improved”
+The location was very good and convenient for exploring Catania.
−However, our stay was disappointing in several respects. Our room was on the third floor, and the elevator was out of order for the entire two days of our stay, from the moment we arrived. The room was also quite dark, and the door would not stay closed unless it was locked. In addition, the shower had no wall-mounted holder, so we had to hold the showerhead by hand while showering. With some improvements and better maintenance, the accommodation could offer a much more comfortable experience, especially given its excellent location.

+Excelente ubicación! El bus que conecta la ciudad con el aeropuerto tiene parada a pocos metros. Hay supermercados, tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Recomendado
−El desagüe del baño hace demasiado ruido.

+Ottima posizione la struttura è situata in Piazza Stesicoro con l'alloggio che vede la via Etnea, l'Etna si vede ed è dominante su tutta la via. Il palazzo è un palazzo storico del 1700 per cui ci si deve aspettare di trovare un palazzo antico, con soffitto alto ma decorato con affreschi, aria condizionata e finestre a doppio vetro che di notte sono utili visto la via trafficata, un bagno ricavato nella stanza con del cartongesso, e dei scarichi wc sanisplit, ma nel complesso ogni giorno c'è la pulizia in camera e se si vuole il cambio biancheria. Il Personale è stato molto Gentile, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Ottima posizione, se si arriva con Alibus dall'aeroporto la fermata è proprio in piazza e l'alloggio è praticamente attaccato alla piazza dell'elefante e al duomo di sant'Agata.

+La posizione comodissima x il centro, x andare in aeroporto, x visitare i dintorni.
−Palazzo storico ma un po' trascurato. Il bagno sarebbe di sicuro da rivedere, sia perché molto datato sia per il wc sanitrit che fa molto rumore. Utili i tappi perché anche il condizionatore abbastanza rumoroso.

+Sicuramente la posizione felice della struttura ti fa' raggiungere senza uso di mezzi pubblici tutte le maggiori attrazioni.Con il bus nelle vicinanze abbiamo raggiunto in poco tempo Acicastello e Acitrezza posti veramente belli,visto la bella giornata abbiamo fatto il bagno sotto il castello Normanno,una meraviglia.
−Tutto ineccepibile,la struttura dispone di uno spazio cucina dove puoi riscaldare del cibo,una macchina del caffè con cialde gratuito,frigo, microonde.Ogni giorno la stanza veniva riordinata.Rigrazio il gestore x la sua cordialità, altresì disponibile nel custodire il bagaglio sia quando siamo arrivati,sia quando abbiamo lasciato la stanza.
