“I was very disapointed”
+The food during dinner was very good, especially the seafood, which was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is located right by the beach, which made the dinners very pleasant and enjoyable. The only downside was that the service was quite slow when taking orders.
−We were very disappointed with our stay. First of all, the hotel we were expecting was not the one we arrived at - during the email exchange, the property contacted us from Hotel Liotopi instead of Akroyali. This felt very misleading and tricky. Inside the hotel, there were two street dogs, it was dirty, and the evenings were very noisy. The rooms were extremely small, with toilets and showers so tight that it was uncomfortable to use them. The beach situation was terrible. There were people (mainly Bulgarians) who left their towels and clothes on the sunbeds day and night to reserve their spots. Because of this, we had to walk a long way with our child just to find a free place. The beach itself was dirty, full of cats that used the sand as a toilet. Parking was also a nightmare. There is no parking near the hotel, so we had to leave our cars at the port or in the center of the village, and even then, finding a space was very difficult. Breakfast was another disappointment - you are served whatever they decide to prepare, with no choice at all. Overall, this was a really bad experience. “Perfect location with a perfect view”
+Perfect location with a perfect view to the sea and the beach! Renovated room and comfortable bed with a sofa and we had welcome drinks and sweets. Very satisfied with the personnel and the warm attitude! For sure we will stay again at this beautiful place.

“Lovely 1st line hotel with lovely restaurant”
+The room was small but everything needed was there and even more (hairdryer, clothes hanger for balcony, anti-moskitos repellent, a guidebook). The decoration is lovely, the bedsheets, the towels were fresh and clean, amazingly perfect. The dinner is very nice, because the restaurant is really good and you choose from menu. The breakfast is rather small, but sufficient.
−The coffee for breakfast was below average, and it was an unpleasant contrast with everything else. No seasonal fruits in August (even in seasonal salad) , it's a bit weird. Check-in was a bit chaotic. The water in the bathromm stays moe time, than it should be

−the air conditioning blowing directly to the bed and not having an option to direct the air in another direction so you could put a gadjet that is attached to the air-conditioning and doesnt blow directly to the bed. the bathroom didnt have ventilation which was a bit unpleasant

“Not what we expected”
+Despite the room, the restaurant had a sea view and it was nice to have dinner there. We managed to find free sunbeds and tried to stay outside the room most of the day.
−We stayed at the hotel for two nights. We arrived late in the evening in high season and expected what we saw on booking- bright spacious room for a family of 4 with a sea view. First, there was no checkin desk, just an apartment entrance with two dogs sleeping in front of the stairs. So we circled the building but there was no other entrance, so we went to the restaurant. There they told us there was no Germany hotel for 10 years. At first we thought we had a fake booking, but then the key they gave us had a tag Germany and also the hotel label said Germany. We were at the right place. We passed by the dogs and they introduced us to them. They seemed like good dogs just sleeping there - sometimes on the ground floor and sometimes on the first floor. Our room was at the end of the hall. When we entered, it was dark, very small for 4 people, but even that was not the issue. We booked this room because we wanted to enjoy the sea view when it was too hot outside and we wanted to stay in the shade of our balcony. “Beautiful calm hotel!”
+The room was great - beautiful decoration, enough space, nice balcony! And size of bathroom is good ;) The room was cleaned every day. Staff is really nice, helped us all the time. We liked the food and we actually like that you can choose something from the menu. The restaurant near the sea, we really like the view and that we can go to swim any time! Highly recommend for somebody who looking for quiet nice place with great people!

+The hotel staff went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and looked out onto the beach. The balcony was great to sit in the evening & watch the world go by. The food service was excellent and restaurant menu was varied and interesting.
−The bathroom was very small & the shower didn't have a curtain so the floor got wet easily.

“Disappointing”
+Private beach with sun loungers for hotel guests free of charge. Welcome drink. The food is delicious, but the portions are too small.
−In our opinion, the price of 160 euros per night is too high for this two-star service. There is no parking in front of the hotel, the nearest parking is at the port. Uncomfortable small shower room: there is no curtain, water pours on the toilet. The washbasin is leaking. Not good connect of wifi. Dinner and breakfast are not a buffet. For dinner you could choose one appetizer, one main course (and fish dishes do not include a side dish) and dessert - all these small portions. Drinks are not included in the buffet price of dinner.
