“Great base to explore the old town”
+The apartment was in a great, central location with restaurants at your door. The room was spacious and clean.

“Enjoyed it”
+Great location, bkfst at Bokeria across the street was great, room was well equipped, spacious and modern. Would stay there again.
−This might sound petty, but occupant of first floor apartment had not so good looking rug hanging over the railing, distracted from the charm of the ancient building.

“Very disappointing experience”
−Very disappointing overall experience. The apartment is right in the heart of the city, but it is extremely noisy. Even with double-glazed windows in the bedrooms, the noise makes it very difficult to sleep. I would only recommend this apartment to people who don’t mind sacrificing a good night’s sleep for a central location. Communication with Tom was good as long as everything went his way. However, when an issue arose concerning my missing AirPods, he initially agreed to help but apparently only contacted the guest concerned after their departure. The AirPods are still being located in Germany, and Tom has now stopped responding to my messages despite having committed to helping me recover them. This has been particularly disappointing. Tom seems available and responsive when things are straightforward, but when a problem requires follow-up and genuine assistance, communication simply stops. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

+Awesome location. Room was modern, clean and tidy. Car pick up from the airport was also great thanks to the manager organizing.
−Aircon wasn’t working properly but the manager was excellent in trying to get it fixed. The walk up the stairs could also be challenging if you have heavy suitcases.
