“Beautiful property, but many advertised facilities were not available”
+The property itself is beautiful, the room was clean, and the pool and view are lovely. However, the facilities that were advertised when I booked the accommodation were not available, and the accommodation offered considerably less privacy than I expected from the listing.
−The listing advertised a private entrance, private bathroom, refrigerator, washing machine, dining area, dining table and fully equipped kitchen. These facilities were important reasons for choosing the accommodation. In reality, this is a room inside the host's home rather than self-contained private accommodation. Access is through the host's living area, and the bathroom is outside the room via a shared hallway. On our final night, it was also shared with another guest. A locked connecting door separates the room from another guest room, with limited sound insulation. There was no refrigerator, dining table, dining area or guest kitchen. The kitchen had a "Do not enter" sign, and we were told at check-in that guests could not use it. The advertised washing machine was also unavailable for guest use; laundry could only be arranged for an additional charge. This was particularly inconvenient when travelling with a child in hot weather. Without a refrigerator, we could not keep drinks cold or safely store food and snacks. Every time we needed cold drinks or fresh food, we had to leave the property and drive somewhere to get them. This significantly affected the comfort and convenie

“Se quiser ficar num cortiço ( buraco para…) fique neste lugar”

−Quarto pequeno, parece um buraco, ar condicionado não funcionava , casa de banho fora do quarto havia a possibilidade de partilhar a casa de banho( o que não foi reservado) quarto em anexo de propriedade a qual existia parque para viatura , mas proprietário não queria que os clientes estacionassem, e estacionamento era na mata fora da propriedade as escuras(surreal) o valor pago foi exagerado para duas noites ,não compreendo como é possível a Booking trabalhar com este tipo de alojamento, não existe uma informação para que os clientes não sejam enganados , pagamos e depois reclamamos, não chegamos a lado nenhum. No futuro exigo por parte da Booking uma maior responsabilidade

“UN 10 EN TODOS LOS SENTIDOS”
+Increíble estancia en esta casa en Marbella, la verdad es que superó todas mis expectativas. Desde que llegamos todo fue súper fácil, el check-in rapidísimo y sin complicaciones. La casa está impecable, muy limpia y con un gusto decorativo que se nota que está cuidado al detalle. La ubicación es un puntazo, tienes todo cerca y aún así se disfruta de tranquilidad total. Destacaría también la comunicación con el anfitrión, súper atento en todo momento y resolviendo cualquier duda al momento. Se nota que le pone cariño a que la experiencia del huésped sea top. Sin duda repetiría sin pensarlo dos veces, y la recomiendo 100% a quien busque pasar unos días en Marbella con todas las comodidades. ¡Un 10!
