“The owner was exceptionally kind and understanding, but poor cleanliness, insects and a serious mosquito problem made ou”
+The owner was incredibly kind, polite and understanding. After we explained everything we had experienced, she listened carefully and offered us a very fair solution: she did not charge us for the remaining nights and told us that we could find another place to stay. The following morning, before leaving, we had a very pleasant conversation with her about Naples, the city and our plans. Her kindness and attitude throughout the situation were genuinely appreciated. I also appreciate that she did not dismiss our concerns and made a real effort to help us after hearing about our experience.
−Our experience was unfortunately quite difficult, especially because this was our first night in Naples. When we arrived, the location was honestly frightening for us. We had walked from the main street through some of the narrowest and most isolated side streets of the neighborhood, and we felt that the people around us were constantly watching us. We then entered a large apartment building, where the rooms are located in one of the apartments on the first floor. As first-time visitors to Naples, this was already a very unsettling first impression. Unfortunately, the problems inside the room made the first night even more difficult. Although the room generally appeared clean at first glance, the pillowcases had visible marks that appeared to be from previous guests. There were insects in the room and, most seriously, a very large number of mosquitoes. We spent a significant part of the night trying to find and kill them. I personally killed many mosquitoes during the night, and we were constantly disturbed by them. This was extremely uncomfortable and stressful, and we barely felt able to relax or sleep. The floor had also not been properly cleaned. Disposable slippers or even sim
