+The owner, Geovanni, was excellent at making our stay as comfortable as possible. He was more than accommodating. He even showed us on the map where to eat and what sights to see. He is available by phone to answer any questions that we had. The room was very clean and modern. The location was very close to the Duomo and also the archeological museum. He met us outside and carried our bags up to our room. Breakfast was continental and fresh.

+The location is within walking distance of everything you would want to see in the City Center, Historic district of Naples. My flight was canceled and I had to spend another 24 hours in the south of Italy. I was not thrilled about being in Naples, but the staff of this hotel within minutes of me making the booking contacted me. Asked my arrival time and did not give me difficulty about an extreeme early arrival. It was early in the morning and they accommodated us immediately And we set out in foot to explore Naples. Don't be afraid of the immediate surroundings. It was a wonderful cultural experience and safe.
−Nothing to mention.

+Staff met us and gave great information about local sites and dining recommendations. Accommodated an early breakfast so we could catch a tour, organized a taxi to the airport. Good communication
−Its a bit difficult to find initially as Naples is a complex city with lots of narrow streets and traffic but Staff was waiting for us on the main street.

“Comfortable place to stay in Naples”
+Really great place to stay for a few nights in Naples. Very clean and comfortable with a good breakfast. Ideas for things to visit etc. I would stay here again.
−As a solo female traveller I was a little concerned by the first impression of the location. The street was very narrow and dark. However I realised it was perfectly fine and I had no concerns about walking around the area.

“What an adventure!”
+Make sure to do your research about going to Napoli. It was a bit of a shock for me since I didn’t but Mr. G was such a great host and gave us so much information upon arrival so we were very comforted. If you want to stay in the heart of Naples and want to be by the hustle and bustle, this is the best place to be. We had a fabulous time here and the AC was great!
