+I liked the location just off the strip.
−When we checked in, the staff was not friendly. I asked if they had a pack and play available for my baby, they said “it depends” I asked for clarification and was told “it depends if we have one.” I asked if they could check if they had one available as we forgot ours at home, and she said if there is one we could bring it up for you. I agreed and we never heard back again, and one was never brought to our room. We tried to have breakfast but the breakfast area was so packed, we decided to go elsewhere. That night when we got back to our hotel, only one of our beds was made up from when housekeeping came. My baby had a leaky diaper on the bed and pillow the night before which I called the front desk to let them know about. They said they would take care of it, but when we came back only the other bed had been made. The pillow from the soiled bed was replaced, but not the sheets and the bed was not made. There also was pee on the back of the toilet which was not there when we had left that morning. And the second night of our stay, there was a very loud constant noise which sounded like a toilet running all night long. The breakfast was not good, and had very limited offerings as w

+POPCORN AT CHECK IN!! Breakfast was adequate. And open great hours! Some instant cream of wheat woulda been nice, an extra blanket in the room, and next time...I will bring my own towels. I get it...theft is real. Over all, just what we needed at the end of the day. Thank you
−The towels. I got cold, no blanket, only a thin spread. Roommate was over heated...I just needed a blanket. The freezer part of the little frig was iced over and not useable. And Table lamp did not work.

“Location is good, but I’d check the room out as soon as you get there to make sure there’s no problem.”
+The location was great. They had breakfast, I only had coffee, coffee was great. The other girls ate and enjoyed it. Price was good.
−The one room had a bad mold problem in their bathroom, we should have requested another room right away, but had to hurry to an event. Went down to desk the next afternoon , they did send someone to deal with it, but it’s a much bigger problem than a wiping of a chlorox solution. Our room needed the door fixed as it was very hard to open/ close and had to have hair dryer base nailed to wall as it was hanging loose. Things that should have been done prior to someone complaining about. The front desk said that the people before didn’t complain about the mold, insinuating it started the day we came. When I asked if I could speak with owner/ manager she said no. I’m sending photos of mold problem before/ after.

+We really enjoyed the location as it was center of everything. The staff was very nice and had options for key drop off areas if we needed to leave before office hours. Even though we were center of the strip, it was actually a pretty quiet area as well.
−There wasnt much that we didnt like, but there were a few things that could use improvement. For one, there were parts of the floor that were taped together. Other parts were stating to poke up and if we stepped on it, it poked the bottom of our feet. I think if the rooms were a little more updated, it would be a really really nice place to stay and it would be something we would book again.
