“A Pleasant Stay with Thoughtful Service”
+The location was good. The staff were wonderful, warm, and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a Family Premium Room and were also offered a late check-out at no extra cost. The hospitality and thoughtful gestures made our stay a pleasant experience.
−Although the location was convenient, the surrounding locality wasn't the best. However, once you step inside the hotel, it's a completely different experience. The hotel itself is wonderful, with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

+The staff was exceptional
−Out of seven nights that we stayed at the hotel, only one night that we had hot water. It was very difficult finding the address. We paid 3 times the cost it would normally take because the taxi driver couldn't find the place.

“If you are looking for honest views”
+The only highlight was staff's responsive and accommodating behaviour, especially the srilanken restaurant manager at the restaurant.
−Well, the rating of this hotel should fall between 2 to 3 star category. Room cleaning was very poor. The bath tub was chipped and very unclean with hairs all around it. Housekeeping staff requires some training on how to great the guests as sometimes a small smile can make the difference. The location of the hotel is also a question mark, right in the middle of a electronic market so people coming with family should mentally be prepared for few people giving you some weired look. If you are coming from subcontinent countries with family, i would suggest look for better options in the same room rate

+Les chambres étaient grandes, propres et la literie super. Le personnel est très gentil et le petit déjeuner très bien.
−Manque d’eau chaude à cause d’un problème de chaufferie au moment oû nous y étions mais rien de méchant.
