+The staff was quite helpful and understandable. They treat me like a family member. I would recommend this place if someone wants to stay somewhere quite and with most stunning view.

“Fabulous breakfast and welcoming staff”
+Breakfast was AMAZING! I had no expectations and was delighted to see my table was already set the next morning with a yogurt-berry parfait, fresh fig, an avocado slice, a variety of cheeses/ham, a basket of croissant, white and dark rolls (one I used for my leftover cheese and ate for lunch!). I was brought freshly scrambled eggs and was particularly touched when I asked for some milk with my coffee and was brought an entire little pitcher of hot frothed milk--perfect! Herr Wollscheid himself welcomed me upon my arrival and was very hospitable. The desk in room was practical with an electrical socket right there for me to use my laptop. My mattress was also very comfortable. I did bring my own pillow because hotel pillows are always too high for me.
−The walls are thin and light can come in under the door, but I had earplugs and an eye mask with me so wasn't bothered.

“Just a room, location out of the city. Would not come back.”
+The room was clean and comfortable. There was not much beyond that.
−The guesthouse is adjacent to a restaurant and there are no services when the restaurant is closed, which was the entire time I was there. For three mornings and nights, I could not get a cup of coffee, no breakfast, nor a glass of wine. There was no coffee/tea option in the room. I chose it because the location that is close to the university (where I attended a conference) but would not choose it again.

“Uitstekend naar onze zin gehad.”
+Uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer vriendelijk personeel die alle wensen proberen in te vullen. Ook in het restaurant kun je voor een schappelijke prijs goed eten. De douche was netjes maar wel aan de kleine kant. Parkeren kan gratis naast en achter het hotel.
−De kussens op de bedden vond ik eigenlijk te dik.

“Zeer goed te doen voor een nachtje als je er op tijd uit wil..”
+Voldoende parkeerplek achter het hotel, handig klein paadje ernaartoe. Vriendelijk personeel, zeer schone kamers, fijn bed. Ondanks dat de kamers geen douche en toilet hebben is dit zeker goed te doen, douche beneden vond ik erg prettig.
−Wat ik minder vond waren de kerkklokken om half 7, daar kunnen zij natuurlijk niets aan doen. En ik sliep wsl boven de keuken waar ze een uur eerder al druk waren. Zo ook de schoonmaakster, deed erg enthousiast de deur open terwijl ik nog op bed lag. Ondanks dat was ze buitengewoon vriendelijk.

+Man merkt, dass das Gasthaus von den Inhabern geführt ist. Die Familie ist so herzlich und um ihre Gäste bemüht, wie wir es noch nie erlebt haben. Das Restaurant ist top und sehr empfehlenswert. Es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende
