“Nice Rooms, Bad Experience , Do Not Stay Here”
+The rooms are renovated and nice. The property as a whole is really bad.
−We paid for what was supposed to be a nice experience in a beautiful area, and it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The biggest problem was the staff. They were extremely unfriendly, unpleasant, and unhelpful. My wife is genuinely one of the friendliest people you could meet, she can get along with almost anyone, and even she was shocked by how nasty and unwelcoming the staff were. We travel a lot, and I would rate these four days in this beautiful lake region as one of the most unpleasant hospitality experiences we have had. The property itself has been renovated, but don't let the photos create the wrong impression. The filth and disorder outside are unbelievable. This is not some charming, picturesque farm in the middle of nowhere. The surroundings of the property are messy and poorly maintained, and the contrast with the renovated interior is striking. The area itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was anything but.
