“This place met our needs well overall and we felt comfortable during our stay!”
+We had a great stay here! The space was very clean, modern and fairly comfortable. It was nice having access to a washing machine and kitchen area if we needed it. The location was fairly quiet but still close to restaurants and amenities!
−The bedding was a bit stained and old, and there were some miscommunications with the host about check in and check out which was confusing. It would have been nice if laundry detergent was provided, though we were able to buy some from a store close by

+- location, closed to city center
−- Cleaning : There was an extra charge for room cleaning and fresh towels, even though I had booked a three-night stay. - The wall between my room and the room next door was poorly soundproofed. My neighbor kept knocking on the wall even though I was speaking at a normal volume.

+The location was great and the communication with Emanuela was great and easy. She was quick to respond and provide the detials to checkin. Also we arrived late so the self checkin option really helped.
−The room although it seemed clean, the bedsheet had hairs and also the mattress had hairs whcih did not seem to be cleaned properly.
