“Exceptional staff”
+5 stars for customer service - the staff at this hotel are exceptionally kind. They go out of their way to check in how your day was and that everything is okay. On the first night i had a problem as I brought the wrong charging adapter and within 15 minutes someone was knocking on my door with the plug. I want to show my appreciation and gratitude for their kind help. The roof terrace also has some very nice views of the pyramids and they provide complimentary water, tea and snacks (again - very kind) . The breakfast was amazing and more than a person could possibly eat - you definitely will not be hungry.
−One thing to note is that the hotel is right opposite a very busy road. I had trouble sleeping due to the noise of the traffic (even with earplugs in). The traffic noise is relentless and all throughout the night. I'm not sure if the hotel has soundproofing or not. If you are looking for a good night's rest in Giza this might not be for you.

“It was ok”
+Nice view, great location close to many attractions, and easy to get around.
−The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room on the second floor. Breakfast is not buffet-style; it is served at the table, and it takes around 15-20 minutes to be served.

Sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta, bravissimi!
