“PERFECT LOCATION!!”
+Everything was perfect! Excellent communication with the property and unbelievable location! One of the best parts of our entire stay in Romania was being just 5 mins from everything!! Truly incredible value!

“Great apartment, very nice and helpful host - but not for light sleepers”
+Overall I can recommend this apartment if you are ok with the noise level at night - because the location is both a blessing and a curse. It is the "heart of the city", but also heart of the city's nightlife (see cons). The host was very polite and helpful, there was a big TV, fast internet and a power strip (I did not have to use mine that I always take on trips, because lots of flats and hotels love to have one or two outlets for the whole room). By some miraculous coincidence, there was even my favorite tea available in the kitchen (tea selection was very good).
−Lack of upfront information that the street gets VERY loud at night, even during weekdays. Drunk people shouting, singing till the break of dawn (literally), and there as even a guy playing accordion at 5:30 AM. On a Thursday night. We had to find a quieter place - luckily the host was very polite and accomodating, and did a partial refund. In my humble opinion the property owners should not assume that it will be obvious to everyone that it will be extremely loud ("curse of knowledge") - information about noise level should either be in the description, or in the message from the property that is sent soon after booking (or both). If I got this information I would immediately cancel the booking. I think being honest and upfront would prevent nasty surprises. There was no cutlery in the flat, I had to buy plastic cutlery to be able to make a sandwich. There were nightstands, but not bedside lamps.

−The noise was extreme. A night clup and cafes are just under the windows and the loud music and people shouting and partying untill 5 am everyday.

“Very good and awesome customer service by the host”
+Exceptional customer service. Great location - close to the main attractions. Easy check-in process.
−Party noise from the surrounding area continued until the early morning and was quite disruptive. However, the hotel informed me about this before my arrival, and earplugs were provided. You may want to consider installing soundproof windows or additional noise-reducing barriers to help minimize the disturbance. The TV did not work, but it did not affect me.

“Very nice Apartment, I would stay again”
+Very central in the busy old town area. Great starting spot for exploring Bucharest. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Had pretty much everything you would need
−Only downside was in my room (Room 3), I could hear people out in the bars below and was quite loud at night. Not the apartments fault, as it’s located right at the centre of old town. I did discover later on in my stay that the apartment did actually provide earbuds, but was in the bathroom cupboard.

+La posizione è ottima per visita Bucarest. La struttura è nuova e molto pulita. Non ha però l'ascensore. Quindi non è consigliato a chi ha problemi motori.
−Purtroppo il venerdì e il sabato la movida impedisce di dormire anche con finestre chiuse e tappi alle orecchie!!

+Proprietario disponibile e cortese. Efficiente nella comunicazione. La camera è in pieno centro, con infissi insonorizzati, frigo, bagno con box doccia e accanto al letto un divanetto composto da due poltrone con un tavolino. Kit di tappi orecchie per eventuali rumori (non presenti), tv a plasma e bagno doccia e sapone mani.
−Un telo era leggermente macchiato (può capitare) e aggiungerei una moka per il caffè per gli ospiti che non riescono a farne a meno. !!! C’è una bella rampa di scale per accedere all’appartamento!!!
