+Overall value for money. However this could be a lot better if housekeeping maintained rooms more thoroughly. IE; checking for bugs in bathroom, whether toilet paper needed replacing and if bed needed making…

+on a plus side the staff is mostly friendly. What I don't like is how dirty this place is. Stains are on every piece of furniture. Dirty rugs. Sheets and bath towels are ok, they just smell weird. Four star rating for this place is obviously a joke.

“G Empire Hotel in Astana”
+A nice hotel and the main bonus of this one is the staff. They could not do enough for us in terms of helping us find our way around Astana for the first time.
