+The staff was very perlite and helpful.
−The tenent next to my room who i believe is leaving there long term was making noise all day and night. They was fighting and shouting all day and then started hoovering nearly midnight, people kept going in and out of his room and slamming the door. We couldn't sleep. I flight i was at a YMCA apartment and not what I paid for.

“Compact but equipped facilities, though noisy guest traffic.”
+The location itself was good and the price was fitting for having a jacuzzi in the room. Modern fixtures in the bathroom. Monsoon power shower, fancy dispensers, decorated nicely.
−The television did not work. None of the WiFi networks were working. The shower was dimly lit, but clean. And the front door had people knocking all times of the night as the keyless entry was out of battery. Upon arrival, the front door was latched and you can’t get access codes until you arrive. Horrendous banging and talking all night from upstairs. Every time I started to sleep it as as if they were jumping or even building something, and ought through the night until well into the morning. The front door caused people to be knocking loudly until 2am. And I was locked out myself when I went to the shops. Couldn’t go for food for fear of not getting back in. That aside, the bed was comfy, and pity I didn’t get to use the hot tub.

+Room facilities were great especially the jacuzzi and shower. Room and bathroom were very clean.
−Room was extremely hot and couldn't cool it down even with the extra fan that a staff member supplied. The Jacuzzi leaked which obviously made the floor slippery and had to constantly mop it up using the hand towels. Plug sockets next to bed could do with being located in a more accessible place.
