“Very good”
+read some reviews on here before arriving to the property and we were a little scared to say the least. turns out they were literally all wrong ! all the reviews i read on here are actually about a hostel across the road. funny moon hostel is NOT an 18 bed dorm, and does NOT only have two showers that cannot be turnt on at the same time. i stayed in a 4 bed dorm and the showers were fine, and facilities were clean! the woman that owns the hostel is so sweet, and provided as much free water as we wanted. would recommend for a short stay for the full moon party as it was literally a 5 minute walk to the beach.

“Very good”
+Very friendly staff (gave me many nice advices of what to do in koh phangan in the morning), close to the full moon party while being quiet, good equipment. Good choice if looking for a place to stay closeby to the full moon.
−18 people in one room, 2 bathrooms and no curtains. Price very high for a hostel but not a problem of this place in particular more of the full moon itself.

“Pleasant”
+Very good location. The lady who runs this place is super nice, hands out free water and just is honestly the best part of the stay.
−The room was filled with dead cockroaches, there are two showers for 16 people and if both showers are used at the same time all the electricity and water stops. Pretty pricy for what you get, but everything is pricy around fullmoon.

“Ok if you are desperate for a place to stay for the full moon party!”
+Location was great, central to full moon party without being too loud. Nice staff. Safe feeling.
−Was extremely overpriced for what it was… one small room with 18 beds and small bathrooms where the shower was on top of the toilet.

“Brilliant.”
+Booked one night last minute for full moon party. Decent price for full moon prices, great location, super clean comfy, had lockers (needed locked) but everything you need if your going full moon party would highly recommend. Free fudge orf water bottles too and a shop which sold all party essentials
−Nothing really, maybe was hard to find initially as it part of a clothes shop
