“Realizing and wonderful stay.”
+Loved this stay! The facilities, dinner, breakfast, restaurant, staff, amenities, hot spring tub, and the room - all wonderful. Very close to the Nara deer park.
−I didn’t love the road noise that I could hear while soaking in the tub, but not a big deal.

“The services provided especially by the testy staff are exceptional.”
+I especially like the hot spring bath in the room. It’s very comfortable & clean as the water is running.😊
−It would be better if there’s shuttle bus service provided.

“We had a lovely restful stay in your beautiful hotel and appreciate all your efforts to accommodate us.”
+The private jacuzzi in the room was a favorite, as well as the overall privacy of the whole hotel. Beautiful hotel.
−The restaurant tried their best to cater to allergies but still served seafood on my main menu which can kill me! I did give plenty of notice for this and came as a bit of a surprise at the time. My wife ended up having to eat the majority of it. If people have allergies, I would highly recommend not to book with food/dinner included.

“Beautifully designed facility with amazing staff and superior comfort!”
+The building itself is really beautiful and obviously designed with great attention to detail. From the check-in, where we got to sit in our own private booth, to the bar, to the rooms everything was gorgeous and lots of care was given to our comfort and making our stay easy and enjoyable. The food for breakfast and dinner was excellent as well. The rooms were amazing - spacious, comfortable and top-notch design.
−Our biggest disappointment was with our private onsen, which was one of the main reasons we booked this stay. In the photos it looks like it's in the middle of a bamboo forest/nature area and I was looking forward to the peaceful relaxation of sitting in the onsen and listening to the birds, wind, etc. It turned out that our room was right next to a busy road with trucks and other loud vehicles, and though there were a few rows of bamboo trees planted to add to the scenery/privacy, it didn't cut the road noise out which was quite noisy pretty much all day, and calmed down a bit in the evening. The only other thing we found a bit odd was the dining experience where the two of us ate alone in a private room for every meal. It was peaceful, but we also enjoy the energy of dining out in a restaurant atmosphere.

+Food was fine, Location ok, friendly staff
−Too expensive for the massive price, not comparable to other experiences with Fufu facilities, longer walk to the restaurant, drinks not included

“Beautiful location, but the service needs improvement.”
+The location is excellent, surrounded by nature and close to Nara Park and the deer. It is very convenient for exploring the area, and the peaceful surroundings make the stay relaxing.
−The reception staff could have been more welcoming and attentive. Unfortunately, the restaurant experience did not meet the standard I would expect from a property of this level. The service lacked professionalism, communication about the courses and drinks was unclear, and even basic questions about the food were sometimes difficult for the staff to answer.
