“The concrete-and-tile interiors felt austere, the shower design created slippery floors, and breakfast service was disap”
+Good artsy and brutalist deco
−The floors are cement I felt like in a eastern europe communism block. The shower (accessible) had a bit of a flawed design as water from shower went all over the place. Also since is mainly cement and tiles slippers would be appreciated as you can risque slipping and breaking a bone. Also hotel offers breakfast from 7 am but at 8:30 kitchen was yet not running, so you could only have pastries and coffe, which I admit is better then nothing, but if you’re in a rush in the morning (traveling for work) you cannot wait for stuff to find their rhythm.

“Great”
+The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The location is extremely convenient. The hotel is just two blocks from the Jardin du Luxembourg and three blocks from the Panthéon. There is also an RER station just two blocks away, providing a direct connection to Charles de Gaulle Airport. From this location, you can easily explore Paris by metro or even walk to some of the main attractions. The Louvre Museum and its surrounding area are approximately a 30-minute walk away (less by train), while the Eiffel Tower is about 30 minutes away by metro. The location is very quiet. The breakfast was very good. There were two options to choose from, and the one I selected was delicious and healthy, including fresh fruit and an omelette. The bedroom was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
−- Some parts of the facilities, including the room, feel a little outdated. However, everything is well-maintained, in good condition, and perfectly functional.

“A great place to stay with exceptional service.”
+A charming hotel near the Sorbonne, with fantastic rooms, a beautifully designed lobby, and a lovely breakfast. Above all, the staff were exceptional. Gloria was amazing and went out of her way to help us resolve an issue. I have never seen anyone try so hard to help. Highly recommended!

+Excellent location, close to Le Jardin du Luxembourg where I teach. Also some good restaurants in the area, and special buildings.

+No breakfast included in the price of the accommodation so it's a bit expensive for just a room

“Great location, modern furnishings and clean! Very enjoyable stay.”
+Very good location, modern furnishings and the room looked exactly like the pictures. There was 24/7 staff at the entrance and luggage storage. Room was quiet and perfect for a single traveler or couples. There was AC in the room that was quite strong.

“I would definitely stay here next time I visit Pari, but they better”
+The location was incredibly good, the personnel helpful, and the design of the room was so cute and practical.
−But the building itself is noisy let alone the noises the other guests made in other rooms. you would hear the noises in the corridor too, and all the doors being shot make you wake up.
