“Good if you're just looking for a place to sleep”

−No real hostel feeling as its just beds in a flat, there is no reception or anything, if you need help you have to call them.

“A nice place if you want to visit the city for a few days”
+The accomodation was easily accessible by metro, and it was in a quiet district of the city. The rooms and the bathroom were really clean, and the beds were comfortable. I liked that the kitchen was equipped with a fridge and microwave. Overall we had a great time here and I definitely consider visiting again.

“I really like hostels, and I have to admit that this is one of the best I've stayed at in Vienna.”
+It's in a great location. I had to go to Comic Con, which was a 15-minute walk away. It's a well-served area with supermarkets nearby. The beautiful Church of St. Francis of Assisi is impressive, and the area is well lit and spacious. It's not a bad place for a woman traveling alone. The property is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the shower is hot. Overall, it's very quiet. There are also a couple of tables where you can work, which I needed, and some armchairs. The large windows provide ample lighting.
−I didn't say everything was perfect. The facility has some problems that shouldn't be underestimated. For example, there are two small bathrooms with showers, but only one has a toilet. There are ten people in the facility. The kitchen lacks pots and pans, so if you want to cook for yourself, you can't. The oven and microwave were dirty. Someone with no respect for others left them dirty, and they remained so for all three days of my stay despite the daily cleaning. I was lucky with my bed because I had the second room for four people, which was separate. The room for six people serves as a passageway to get to the kitchen and bathrooms, so it is not very quiet. It is also not suitable for people with mobility issues because there are three steps to reach the bathroom and kitchen, and you have to climb to reach the upper beds.

“Familiär und simpel.”
+Die Lage war okay, 30min vom Hauptbahnhof, 20min vom Stadtzentrum. Es war wie eine WG, angenehme Atmosphäre, die Leute rücksichtsvoll und ruhig. Die Betten waren wie Boxen mit Vorhang, das war angenehm für die Nacht. Große Fenster für Licht und Kippfenster zum Durchlüften. Alles schön ordentlich und sauber, es wurde täglich geputzt und gab genug Verräumungsmöglichkeiten, die Betten waren sogar gemacht (nur Handtücher muss man selbst mitbringen). Gute Ausstattung und nette Beratung.
−Ich war überrascht, dass es keine Rezeption gab, man direkt von der Straße in die Zimmer kommt, kein Personal direkt vor Ort, aber das Personal war telefonisch erreichbar. Nur ein WC und eine funktionierende Dusche für 10 Personen, es hat geklappt weil's relativ leer war, aber wenn's voll ist, wird's kritisch. Nur ein Tisch mit 2 Stühlen in der Küche, also man sitzt eng aufeinander. Kein Aufenthaltsraum außer dem Flur, also nicht wirklich Privatsphäre, aber damit muss man rechnen bei einer Jugendherberge.

−Mauvaise insonorisation : la chambre est au rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la rue, avenue très passante avec beaucoup de trafic. 1 seul wc pour env 12 lits et le WC est dans la même pièce que la douche, compliqué d'y avoir accès... Aucun service, Pas de personnel sur place (on reçoit les codes d'accès par message). Donc si vous avez quelque chose à demander ou besoin d'un équipement sur place, oubliez ... J'ai écrit un message et malgré leur réponse, on m'a dit non, c'est comme cela.
