+Staff were really helpful. One of them called a clinic and made sure the doctor could prescribe a particular medication, which I forgot to bring along for the trip, before directing me to the clinic. I'm totally grateful for this. Given we don't speak the language, this is such wonderful service. Location is great. Short walk to Namdaemun market, Myeongdong, subway station, etc.. I booked the Premier Twin Room. It's huge and has everything I needed.
−I would have preferred firmer pillows.

+The hotel is very well situated within easy 30 minute walk of lots of major tourist attractions. We had a corner room with a couch which was bright and spacious. The spa/Onsen pools are wonderful, with indoor/outdoor and hot/cold options. The rooftop outdoor sitting area was a nice place to relax.

“Nice stay…but needs a laundry facility for customers.”
+Location is great. The property is well maintained and the rooms are comfortable.
−Would REALLY be nice if they had an on-site laundry facility for guests. Some rooms have a clothes washer…but only a drying rack to dry clothes. For rooms without a washing machine it is a long walk to a coin laundry. For all rooms, if there is Rainey weather or high humidity it takes forever for clothes to dry.

+Location was good. Close to Namdaemun Mkt, bus stop in front, close to city hall subway. But a bit further to Myeongdong (10/15 min walk). Seoul Stn 15 min walk and can find a huge supermarket and shopping. Convenience shops all around but they tend to be smaller. Airport bus close by. Hotel itself was good. We had a suite so it was spacious with microwave and washing machine. It's rated a four star.

“Amazing place with amazing people”
+Absolutely wonderful service. Had some trouble with food delivery and they went out of their way to sort it out for me. Really lovely workers there I would definitely stay there again for the next time!
