+Location was good, check in and out was simple and easy. Had in unit microwave and refrigerator, had an okay table in the unit too.
−The bed was dirty looking, the bathroom shower leaked from the faucet and into the floor and had a dirty towel on the shower head when we got there. It did not have proper ventilation in bathroom so it didnt pull moisture out of the air and just left it all damp. The parking was a mess in that there were cars parked both ways in a tight spot with one SUV parked so poorly it blocked the ability for cars to pass through the ally. The rear parking was close to doors though. Slightly misleading when it claimed to be beach access.

+Nothing but the location.
−Well let's start with the fact that my husband and I waited for 10 minutes in the lobby before being helped. No one was there and there was a bell that went off by motion activity. After waiting for what seemed like forever, even tho the door had an open sign, I rang the bell "for service". Suddenly, we hear a guy waking up in the back b/c he probably lives there, comes out stoned out of his mind and can barely understand me when I speak English. He gives me the key, and when we get to the room after unpacking all of our stuff from the car, I go in the bathroom and there's a big green booger on one of the shower towels. The bathroom was disgusting and barely clean, hair in the sink and on the floor. Gross!!! One of the hotel cleaners was smoking weed while on the job, I saw this and smelt it. The room smelt like an ashtray with perfume poured on top, even tho there's a sign on the entertainment center stating that there is no smoking or vaping or you'll be kicked out. Lol what a joke! The beds were older than dirt, super uncomfortable and immediately hurt my husband's back. The comforters were stained with who knows what, and I felt dirty after testing out the bed. No A/C and you h
