“Can't beat location”
+Location couldn't be more convenient. It's 15 min walk from everything: ferries, train station, duomo and spaccanapoli. 5 min walk to the airport shuttle. And a great local coffee bar downstairs (where the Italian breakfast is served - coffee and pastry). And it's a local area, quiet, not touristy, felt safe even at night. The rooms are clean, nice. Cleaned every 2 days with towels changed. Umberto is a great host, excellent communication, helped to haul the bags 2 floors up, and gave great recommendations for the restaurants.
−It's 2 floors up the stairs and no elevator. So can be a bit of a workout if you have heavy bags. But it's a standard setup in this part of the city.

“Great”
+The room was very comfortable, and even the interior design was very thoughtfully done. The location is excellent, you’re quite close to the port and most of the key tourist attractions. The neighborhood is safe and very quiet, which is great if you’re a light sleeper. The host was very careful; Umberto provided us with all the information we needed to have a pleasant stay. The value for money lived up to our expectations.
−Breakfast is served at a very small café right next to the accommodation. A cup of coffee and a croissant. It’s just enough to call it a light snack, but it could perhaps be done differently. This is the only thing, but I wouldn't necessarily call it an inconvenience. Our experience was great.

“Excellent Stay - Perfect Location and Wonderful Host”
+The hotel is exactly as described , clean, comfortable, and in a perfect central location. It’s very convenient to reach the metro and within easy walking distance to great restaurants, local attractions, and a grocery store just two blocks away. There are also plenty of charming cafés nearby. Umberto was an exceptional host , welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. He provided great restaurant recommendations and even arranged my early-morning airport transportation, which made my departure stress-free. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary still and sparkling water offered daily. The breakfast at the nearby café was also delicious and a great way to start the day. Overall, a wonderful experience , I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

“Locație și confort foarte bune.”
+Curățenia, accesul în locație, amabilitatea și promptitudinea lui Umberto. Camerele foarte frumos și vesel mobilate. 15÷25 minute de mers pe jos până la port sau până la Galeriile Umberto. Micul dejun este compus dintr-un croissant și o cafea, servite la barul de lângă intrarea în clădire. Tipic italian. Mi-a plăcut. M-aș caza din nou aici dacă aș mai veni la Napoli. O observație: este la etajul 2 al unei clădiri fără lift. Pe noi nu ne-a deranjat. Spun asta doar pentru persoanele cu mobilitate redusă.

+Posizione centralissima,comoda per tutti gli spostamenti,zona però tranquilla e sicura per soggiornare ,videosorveglianza continua,L' addetto al ricevimento ,Umberto una persona squisita ,sempre pronto e veloce a soddisfare ogni curiosità o richiesta.Tutto top ,non vediamo l'ora di tornare a Napoli e sicuramente riprenoteremo questa struttura,raccomandatissimo👍
