“3 night stay 🇮🇪”
+The place was very clean and nice decor, the staff were very nice and helpful and couldn't do enough for you.
−The room was very small and when my mother's walking frame was in the room we could barely move around the room, it was really small room but over all it was a good place to stay 😁

“Cosy room”
+Even windowless, as expected, it was a spacious room, with a comfy bed.
−Unsure if there was a breakfast room or not. Normally gets explained on check in. Obviously if there isn't, no need to explain but there was some indication of a form of breakfast on the premises. I never asked.

+The hotel is in a good location in the jewellery quarter. The staff at the check-in desk were friendly. The room was clean and the bed comfortable
−The room was tiny (I should have looked more closely at the dimensions). It was fine for what we wanted - a place to crash but if you want to spend time at the hotel definitely check the room sizes!

“Lovely and clean”
+Super clean and today and most of the staff were really lovely and helpful.
−The size of the room is very small. So small, there is no wardrobe. The bathroom is also tiny with nowhere to hang towels.

“Disappointed with the facilities and the breakfast. Would not use again or recommend to anyone else.”
+The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed was comfortable and I slept well.
−I'm not a fan of wet room showers as it renders the bathroom useless while it dries. I prefer a proper breakfast rather than a packed breakfast in a bag. For nearly £200 I don't think that is too much to ask.

“Okay”
+Breakfast in a carrier bag is not ideal and you should make people aware that their is no restaurant!
−The wet room and now small the room was.

“Clean, comfortable but not the greatest value for money”
+Location for an evening out was brilliant. Check in relatively smooth. Bed comfortable but bizarre having to clamber onto it and for the person sleeping next to the window it was a bit of an assault course. Room tiny but functional. Toiletries supplied were of good quality.
−Drainage in the wet room not great - carpet got wet outside the door. Staff initially advised tea/coffee free as none in the room. Peter changed their minds and coffee was chargeable. Grab and hold breakfast not offered automatically and had to ask for it when checking out. Okay for a one night stay but I would not stay longer and probably will not return.
