−They said they have parking but in one night it was full, and in the second night no one opened the gate and I had to let the car on the street. No good clean of the room, no good services.

“Very good, only the parking issue.”
+The breakfast was good.
−Their parking garage was full. I had to park my car far away about 2KM.

“Vastly overpriced and not the room that I paid a lot of money for. Would not recommend.”
+Modern.
−Was sold as lake view. Instead we had a view of a part of the marina but mainly an office block directly opposite. In fact, there was no view of a lake at all. I queried this with the staff and was told it couple have been lake or marina view - this was not what we booked and paid for. The window in the room occupied on half of the wall but the curtain covered the whole wall, so imagine our surprise when we pulled back the curtains in the morning to find a bare concrete area on the other half of the wall. The sink was blocked upon our arrival and needed maintenance to fix it. No fridge in the room. Very basic fittings for supposedly a superior quality room and certainly far too basic for the price charged. Uncomfortable pillows. The WiFi did not work. Breakfast was not included; again, for the cost of the room this should have been! Soap dispenser in shower did not work. I requested it be replaced or fixed but this was not done. Only three coat hangers for two people. Despite having the ‘do not disturb’ light clearly illuminated, a member of staff let herself in while I was getting dressed from having a shower.

+I like the room, it is always clean and the hotel service.
−The bathroom was good, but needed a little bit of lighting. Sometimes it felt too dark.
