“Lovely stay”
+Stayed here for one night with friends, while in town to attend a production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (excellent!) at the Avon Theatre. This boutique hotel is in an old downtown building, and it couldn’t be more convenient to the Avon venue. We stayed in rooms 302 and 303. There was elevator access. The rooms were very clean, no carpeting anywhere, staff was professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. An older building, but the rooms were fresh and spacious - incredible 12 (or more?) foot ceilings. And the breakfast offerings were lovely and enjoyed by all. We’ll be back!

+Loved the room as it was spacious, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Had dinner on the patio - great wine selection and the food was delicious. Staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend having breakfast, lunch or dinner there as well as an overnight stay. Parking is close and it is right down the street from the Avon Theatre.

+Breakfast was not included. Not happy about that given the cost of the room

+The welcome was great, the staff were very helpful. There is no on site parking but we were given directions to a nearby free municipal lot. We got dinner reservations at the Inn and we had a lovely meal. The hotel is old but clean and next door to the Avon Theatre so great walkability. Close to the heart of the action!

+Great overnight stay one minute from the Avon Theatre. Nice to be able to walk around town. Staff are all warm, friendly, professional and very helpful. Rooms are large, high ceilings, clean - mattresses on beds are on the firm side. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent - steaks and wine by the glass are fabulous, apps, salads delicious. A great stay. Would recommend. Thank you!
