“Beautiful Countryside Escape”
+The staff was welcoming and answered any questions we had about the property as well as suggested restaurants around the area. Highly recommend eating at Frasca Borgoluce!!! The food was absolutely incredible, one of our most favorite meals on our trip. The property was so peaceful and our room was spacious. We enjoyed the breakfast selection of yogurts and food from the property. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and soak in the beauty of Italy and a nice change from some of the busier cities we had been staying in.
−Our Wi-Fi was spotty during our stay. Being out in the country, it was expected but do wish it was a little better when we were trying to plan out more of our trip in the evenings.

+I'm so disappointed
−Very disappointing and uncomfortable experience. The property had a very unpleasant smell, similar to a cow/barn smell, and the surroundings felt isolated and frightening, especially at night. There was very little staff support and no proper assistance with basic requests. I was travelling for business and had meetings in different locations, but getting a taxi was extremely difficult. I had to ask repeatedly and was given excuses each time. I was also travelling with my wife, and she felt scared and uncomfortable staying there alone while I was at my meetings. We eventually left at night and moved to another hotel because we did not feel safe or comfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property, especially for couples or business travellers.

+Such a beautiful, calm and relaxing place to recover together after completing the Alta Via 1.
−If I was being really, really picky I would say extra and softer pillows would have been welcome as I like to read in bed at night.

“Good one night stay”
+Location close to fortress San Salvatore. Peace and quiet. Clean rooms. Polite staff.
−Breakfast choices could be better. Pillow sheets had bad odor.

+Het personeel: betrokken, alert, zorgend. Veel waardering. Dank. En het natuur zwembad is fantastisch
−Informatie over de restaurants. We dachten dat ze bj de accommodatie lagen. Als backpackers onhandig.
